What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Admiring the Restaurant team in action delivering great quality food and seeing the smile on customer's faces!
Briefly, what does your typical day involve?
Viewing the daily performances around the world, contacting my team to asses what support they need on the issues at hand. Visiting various restaurant outlets in the country I am in at the time.
What is the most interesting thing you have done today?
Getting ready for launching the new Business in Brazil!
What is the most unusual thing you have done as part of your job?
Being part of the “blessing” of a new restaurant opening.
What is the most unlikely place your job has taken you?
A visit with a local Chief in Northern Nigeria to discuss local issues.
What has been the most rewarding moment in your career?
Being recognised by my Secondary school in East London and being invited to open a new facility on behalf of ex pupils.
What is the one personal ambition you still want to achieve?
Build a great Business with the prospect of floating it on the market.
When you are not at work what is your greatest pleasure?
A mixture of manual working in the garden as well as any sports especially kart racing!
What would the casual observer not guess about you?
I have a desire to build a large organic fruit garden.
What is your favourite holiday destination?
Recently discovered Cape Town.
