What part of your job gets you out of bed in the morning?
At least once a month that would be the pay slip! For the rest of the month it is doing a job that I believe is worthwhile.
Briefly, what does your typical day involve?
Reviewing the Chemical Engineering aspects of designs and allocating Engineers to various projects.
What is the most interesting thing you have done today?
I’ve learned about how fire-fighting foam works.
What is the most unlikely place your job has taken you?
Commonwealth Games - Manchester.
What has been the most rewarding moment in your career?
Seeing a plant that I had designed start to operate for the first time.
What is the one personal ambition you still want to achieve?
See the second plant I designed start to operate.
When you are not at work what is your greatest pleasure?
I enjoy many outdoor pursuits.

Probably that I enjoy outdoor pursuits.
