What part of your job gets you out of bed in the morning?
Problem solving; being able to apply the theory to real situations and coming up with practical solutions.
Briefly, what does your typical day involve?
Completing drawings and calculations for the process design of hydrocarbon facilities onshore and offshore.
What is the most interesting thing you have done today?
Setup project engineering work packs for sub-contractors to complete work on site to address a site query.
What is the most unusual thing you have done as part of your job?
Write part of the safety case for a Diving Support Vessel (A Ship that is used to install flexible pipelines).
What is the most unlikely place your job has taken you?
Port Campbell Victoria, 15 mins from the 12 Apostles!
What is the one personal ambition you still want to achieve?
Lead a team in a project/process engineering role.
When you are not at work what is your greatest pleasure?
Spending time with my family and friends.
What would the casual observer not guess about you?
That I am an engineer!
What is your favourite holiday destination?
New Zealand.
